This peaceful, 3-bedroom (one king, one queen, a bunk bed, and one twin- sleeps 7), 1.5-bathroom home is located on 2.5 acres with farmland behind and the Shenandoah River & Blue Ridge Mountains right outside the front door. Lots of swimming, fishing, kayaking, tubing, and hiking the Appalachian Trail. Harpers Ferry is 15 minutes away. Great place to unplug, relax, have a bonfire, or watch a movie in front of the cozy warm wood stove. Pets are welcome with fenced front yard if needed.

About The Artist
Ryan Young is an artist and ceramicist from Cary, NC. She has been instructing youth, teen, and adult art and ceramics classes since 2020. Ryan also owns her own pottery business where she focuses on creating modern wheel thrown and hand-built ceramics. She uses a variety of techniques, including sgraffito and carving, to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art and loves sharing her knowledge of art and ceramics with her students. Ryan is the Ceramics Studio Specialist at the ArtsCenter, an instructor in our ArtSchool program, and an instructor in our kids' AfterSchool program.

About The Farm
Blue Skies of Mapleview is a limited liability corporation that shelters a small family farm with an emphasis on natural horsemanship. We offer a weekday morning opportunity for adult women to re-connect with riding or begin a new relationship with horses. The farm offers a variety of services, including boarding, training and instruction as well as consultation. In the summer we host day camp for beginning to intermediate riders. During the academic year we offer after school riding lessons and therapueutic riding sessions. Our fifteen open acres are in a lovely setting of rolling pastures. We have two riding rings and access to trails both in the woods and up to Maple View Farm Dairy. Our horses and ponies are quiet, experienced members of our farm family.
